Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS BY GUEST

Standard Rate Bookings:

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time (3:00 PM) will receive a full refund of any pre-paid amount.

Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay.

​

No-Shows:
If you do not arrive and fail to notify us, the full booking amount will be charged.

​

Non-Refundable Bookings:
If you booked under a non-refundable rate, no refund will be issued unless required by law or exceptional circumstances apply.

CANCELLATIONS BY HOTEL

In rare cases, we may need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
•     Safety or maintenance issues
•     Force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions)
•     Operational disruptions
If this occurs:
•     You will receive a full refund of any payments made.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of cancellation confirmation

LEGAL RIGHTS

This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires services to be delivered with reasonable care and skill. Cancellation charges are calculated to reflect genuine losses and are not punitive.
